The officers are the Master, Senior Warden and Junior Warden, elected annually by the Court. The Clerk is the senior official who runs the day to day affairs of the Guild, in conjunction with the Treasurer.
A ceremonial officer, the Beadle, assists in robing and regalia of the Court, leads procession on formal occasions, and also acts as toast-master.
An annual meeting of Liverymen, called Common Hall, is held by the end of January each year, for the Master, Wardens and Court to make reports and take note of the views of members of the Guild
The Charitable Trust.
The Charitable Trust.is administered by the Trustees (Master, Wardens and Treasurer),
assisted by a Charity Committee, including an equal number of Court Assistants and
other Liverymen.
Membership.
Admission depends on professional attainment and citizenship. Membership is for life,
so that the knowledge and experience of several generations is available for the
benefit of the Livery's objectives.
Liverymen.
Must be citizens of Wales or who are Welsh by birth and/or nurture in Wales, and have
attained sufficient seniority or eminence in their occupation, to be capable of
supervising the work of a trainee to a high standard of apprenticeship.
Freemen.
Freemen are associate members, who participate in events and activities of the Guild,
but are not eligible for Court membership, or to attend and vote at Common Hall
(a) no vacancy in the Livery, or
(b) they are not resident in Wales
