The Guild is established for the purpose of promoting education,
science and the fine arts, and in particular the promotion of
skills and associated professional activities in Wales, in Arts
(handicrafts, trades, professions and fine arts), Science and
Technology (pure and applied sciences, social and manufacturing
industries) and any interdisciplnary combination of these subject.

The Trust is established to further the charitable aims of the Welsh Livery Guild,
by the advancement of education, the relief of poverty and such other charitable
purposes as the Trustees shall from time to time think fit. And in particular, but not
exclusively, these objects will be achieved by
